Pirated-DVD-sniffing dogs

Now they have dogs that sniff out pirated dvds.

On another note, when my parents flew to Sydney from Jakarta, on passing through the Jakarta airport baggage check, they got checked for CD/DVDs. Why would they check when people were going OUT of the country, not coming INTO the country?
