Gmail now even more open

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

My Gmail now has IMAP (click on the link to find out why it’s useful). Been waiting for this for sometime, but by now I’m already so used to Gmail interface that I probably will only use this for reading emails offline and writing emails that has images. I’ll wait for the new Leopard Mail before setting this up.

Bring on offline Gmail support with Google Gears!

Mac + Subversion

Saturday, October 13th, 2007

One thing that I miss from Windows now that I use Mac most of the time is a good subversion client (TortoiseSVN). I used svnX, but it’s just not as good. Then I came across a plug-in for Finder, SCPlugin. It’s still not as good as Tortoise, but it tries to be. I hope that it will soon be.
